Let's skip the theatrics for this one.
The countdown began today. One single next week. Then the last one.
I've been looking for a way forward, but every map I draw leads to the same two destinations: outward, away from everything, or simply downward. Like the spiral. In the end, it's the same direction. And I've learned that I need this world about as much as it needs me.
