Yesterday was our first wedding anniversary. Not the first for any of us but the first for all of us together. I was worried in the beginning of us. Could we let them into our life and into our love? Could they let us into theirs? Would there be enough love for everyone? Could my heart possibly love more than it already does? Is it possible to really love more than one person? Yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes...

The past year has been amazing for the four of us.

I love waking up the way we do. Slowly, all of us still drowzy, bodies aching from last night but still tingling for more. They never let Julie and I sleep on the side, they always keep us safe in the middle and guard our sleep. It's so warm and it quickly gets even warmer when we're being pulled in tighter for kisses. Those slow, lazy morning kisses that are, at least at first, more asking and suggesting than demanding. And as they grow in passion and bodies heat up and our limbs begin to tangle, we lose the first morning hours to sighs and moans and we all know it's going to be a good day.

Today and the next few days we'll be toasting to the leap of faith we took when we decided to revisit the past and build a new and amazing future, together. ❤️
