Sixth
Our sweet girl—affectionately known as Sixth (because yes, we really did go for one more)—arrived last week, and just like that, our hearts got bigger and sleep got shorter.
It’s been a soft and sleepy few days, full of snuggles, mismatched pajamas, and the beautiful blur that comes with welcoming a new baby. David, the kids, and I are completely enchanted. Rhiannon is absolutely thrilled to have a sister—she’s already planning elaborate princess storylines where Olivia plays the noble baby unicorn (naturally).
Baby girl is already doing her part: sleeping like an angel, growing like a champ, and giving us all those tiny newborn squeaks that make everything else fade into the background.
Our family feels whole in a way that’s hard to put into words—like everything clicked into place, with a bit of baby magic.
