life lately
Hi, babes. Been here, been there, but let’s call this my I’m alive check-in.
Loving LA. After all the quests I’ve taken on recently, it feels so good to just pause. To chill. To breathe in, breathe out. I’ve been spending time with the most important person in my world — my son. Slowing down together, reflecting, and working on letting go of some unhealthy addictions that have quietly taken too much space in my life. It’s not easy, but it’s honest. And there’s something deeply healing about the sea, the sun, and the sand. They have a way of recharging you.
I came to LA to visit one friend, and somehow ended up reconnecting with another, someone I didn’t expect to meet here, let alone spend my birthday with. Life’s funny like that. The beauty of simplicity. That’s what I’m holding onto right now. And honestly, I’m in no rush to go back to London.
And Atlas is thriving. My sunshine boy, always following the light.
