The quality of the locale helps to determine the outcome of your jam sessions so you should always book your jam sessions at high quality places.

Watch out! This locale is NOT SAFE! The building is dilapidated. The construction is crumbling, and someone might get hurt. It could be you, if you stay here too long...

Oh - real workers will get a much higher salary than the ordinary Does do. 1.000 per week to start with as clerk or cleaner. Just take the position - I will adapt as soon as possible...
PS: In case you don't know - the minimum price of a place like this would be 600 per session if I wanted to reach break even. With full slots each day. Making a profit? 1.500 per session upwards. So leave a thx if you like to all companies offering you cheaper ways to jam. ;)
