Floor entered this world on 17-12-2011

That was the day I started playing Popmundo — for the second time. I don’t really count the first attempt: I created a character, forgot my login info, and can’t even remember that character’s name. So in my mind, 17-12-2011 marks the real beginning.

For the first few years, I was fully focused on Brianna Cahill — my first real character, now known as Floor Jansen. She was learning skills, playing her first (terrible) shows, and... that was about it. I had zero interaction with other players.

That changed eventually, probably when I started playing with more characters. I got into storytelling, made connections, had fun — and dealt with plenty of drama too. For years, I enjoyed it. But eventually, I guess I grew up. The drama lost its appeal. The storytelling no longer inspired me. And with all the announcements about the game coming to an end, it became even harder to stay motivated.

And yet... here I am. Still here. Still not quite ready to let go.

But I’m not here for the drama anymore. Floor (once Brianna) is 16 again, I’ve got rid of some characters — we’re back to the beginning. No plots, no scripts, just the game.

Let’s finish this the way I started it.
