Blue Moon, in different phases.

Humming quietly she picked up one of the papers from his desk, her eyes scanning it briefly before taking another to do the same.

"What's that?", his friend wanted to know, her gaze finding him again, bent over a pile of papers, looking more like a teacher than he ever thought he would. She had been spending a lot more time with him recently, sometimes even staying over when he'd head out, claiming she'd just keep Tsuyu company while he was out.

Knowing that she wasn't getting into any more trouble was nice, but it also meant that she was around when he actually tried to focus.

"It's a question I wanted my students to answer. I'm going through all of them for our lesson tomorrow.", Kazuya replied calmly, putting the papers he had already checked back into a folder and smiled before moving onto the next without giving it too much thought, while the girl grabbed another.

"What do you like about photography?", she read out loud and furrowed her brows. "Aren't you teaching kids?"

The photographer looked up again.
"Yeah? Does it matter?"

"Mh.. probably not.", pausing for a second, Chiharu then tipped her head a bit to the side before raising her voice again for a question. "Why do you like photography so much?"

A little surprised about the question, Kazuya leaned back in his chair to give himself a moment to think about it.

"It teaches you to see things differently. Shadows, light, patterns.. but also connections, emotions, gestures. There's beauty even in the most mundane things, but people rarely take time to admire them. It's a way to show others how I perceive the world around me. Plus, it gets you out, see new places, try different things. There's a lot I love about photography."

A chuckle was her only reply as she reached out to ruffle his hair, making him roll his eyes.
