Someone recently asked me if I wanted to be young again. It was an offensive question, as if being older was the worst thing in the world. After hearing that, my head spun around more times than Atom’s.
I’m happy with my experienced brain. When I was young, it was as if part of my brain wasn’t working. The common sense part. I thought it was cool to drink a lot of alcohol in one night, do all-nighters, eat triple-decker burgers, and get a fast car so I could accumulate speeding tickets.
So, to answer the question - Wouldn’t you want to be young again?
