Born into a family of criminals, Sharyl never fit the mold of a good girl. She loved the roar of her motorbike, speeding through the city streets at night, the thrill of illegal activities, and the excitement of wild underground parties. With her leather jacket and confident stride, she had an attitude, but she wasn’t mean—just fiercely independent and loyal to a fault.
Recently, she had uncovered some critical information about powerful criminals, making her a target. They had tried to bribe her with large sums of money and threatened her with harm, but nothing worked. Instead of being scared, Sharyl found the danger exhilarating. The constant chase was a game she enjoyed, always staying one step ahead of her pursuers, her hacking skills and street smarts kept her just out of reach.
Despite the threats, she kept moving, traveling from city to city, always on the run, always just
out of reach. Running though didn’t always seem like the right choice. There were moments when Sharyl considered stopping, questioning if it was worth the constant danger.
But now wasn’t the time to think about it all. The thrill of the hunt and the rush of outsmarting those who wanted to silence her were too intoxicating.
