From nothing to everything
I remember the first launch party for "My Juliet" because that day I discovered that you can fall in love with a piece of jewelry. I couldn't take my eyes off the collection on display, which was so beautiful and delicate, and when I did, it was always to look at him. Have you ever met someone who unwittingly steals the show wherever they go? That's Elliot.
We barely knew each other, but somehow I got an invitation. I also remember taking a picture of the beautiful ring they gave us as a gift and sending it to my father to give him a heart attack, but that's a story for another day.
Who would have thought that soon after that party, the genius behind that beautiful collection would become my favourite person, my travel companion, and my friend.
Tonight is the third collection party, and although it may seem impossible, it's even more beautiful than the last. Hard work and an incredibly creative mind are rewarded in the form of beautiful jewels set with rubies and sapphires. And this time I'm not attending as a guest, nor as a friend. Tonight I'm accompanying him as his girlfriend, and after the party, we'll sneak away to our haven.
