Silent Journey

The silence in the room seeps into me, as if time has slowed down just for me. The warmth of the cup spreads through my hands as I try to calm the chaos in my mind. When I touch the pen to the wall, I realize that something inside me wants to be released; maybe I want to shape the invisible traces of my life on this blank wall. With my white apron, I feel like I’m balancing between the meticulousness of an artist and the depth of a thinker.
