On the road to Rio

It was incredible, DeeDee was going to be a year old very soon and her and the girls were heading down to Rio for a gig and to celebrate at the family beach house.

"Tequila!" Hanni shouted, Tori read to join in on the fun.

"You can't have tequila at a babies birthday party!" Olena and Aurore shaking their heads and Lil Lil put her hands in the air as if she'd given up on the lot of them.

Myrthe sat in the corner grinning, "Ah girls I'm three weeks ahead of you on this one." Toasting the bunch of them.

This was life, her and the girls supporting one another in all of their whims and making sure to have one another's backs to prevent anything overly stupid.

Driving from the airport to the family home she couldn't wait to see her parents again, it had been a while. Reminder to visit her brother, Susi and Brooklyn soon too.

Dinner with the rents always meant good food and flipping through old photos. Once upon a time she felt so distant from it all but now raising her little girl she understood the past and why her parents always worried when she was little for time is precious and she'd do anything to protect her little girl.
