I love the rain. The sound of it hitting the grass outside, making that proper earthy smell fill the air. The rumble of thunder in the distance, while we hope it's not too close. Grey old London gets swallowed by the clouds, like day's turning to night in the middle of a downpour. The cold makes you reach for your coat, but at the same time, it just soothes your soul.
To be honest, besides a good rainy day—and a proper hot coffee—Bradley Ranch is where I love to spend most of my time, no matter the season. Just being with my family, chilling in peace, listening to a vinyl from one of my favourite bands—the older, the better—while we take in the nature and chat about nothing in particular, it's absolute bliss; the very definition of inner peace and calm. It's on these days that I find the best version of myself: a dad and a husband.
That's why I didn't think twice about asking for this photoshoot to be here at the Ranch. It's not every day the surfboard's in the sea, the boxing gloves are bloodied, and the zombie-hunting shotguns are ready; I have my moments of quiet where I'd rather get lost in the pages of a good book, dressed as comfy as possible, sipping the best coffee in the world.
This isn’t just a photoshoot. It’s me, the real me — scared, defiant, searching for something beyond the noise. So yeah, maybe I'm a walking contradiction: a rebel chained by love, a fighter weighed down by ghosts. But this is me. And maybe, just maybe, that’s enough.
