I know it may sound crazy, but dancing is one of the things that can change your life, and how you dance matters. Think about it.

To dance is to exist in the purest sense. It is not simply about moving to a rhythm; it is the rhythm moving through you. Dance is the body's way of whispering to the universe, "I am here. I feel. I belong." It doesn’t matter if your movements are chaotic, graceful, or deliberate. What matters is that they are yours. Because how you dance is how you live. And how you live is your offering to existence itself.

Look at how everything in the cosmos dances. Watch the trees swaying with the wind, the ocean kissing the shore in an eternal rhythm, or the stars spinning in the endless embrace of gravity. This is not just motion; this is life performing its eternal choreography. And we, humans, are no different.

We were born for this—not for perfection, but for expression. We dance because words are not enough. When your body becomes its own language, you are more than yourself—you are everything.

Joy has its dance. Pain dances, too.

The universe has no stillness; it is in constant motion. We heal through movement, align with the rhythm of life, and remind ourselves that we are not separate from the cosmos.

So, when I say how you dance matters, you now know what I mean. I am speaking of the courage to let your soul inhabit your body fully. To move as if you are in dialogue with the stars, the wind, and the endless pulse of time.

This is not coincidence; this is destiny. Each of us carries a rhythm, a pattern no one else can replicate.

So, dance awkwardly, softly—however your heart commands. Dance, because life itself dances. Dance, because the universe is watching. Dance, because it is your way of saying, “I am alive, and I am infinite.”
