Prologue Of An Adventure

While strolling with her mom through downtown Rio, Gio saw a girl posing for a professional camera. Around her was a crowd of people including wardrobe stylists, lighting technicians, makeup artists, assistants, the photographer, and more. The little girl's eyes sparkled immediately with an irreproducible emotion.

-Look, look!- she said, pulling slightly on Bruna's hand and pointing to the beautiful young woman wearing a designer dress that possibly cost as much as the apartment they lived in. Gio didn't care about the money, but she did notice the attention that girl was receiving, how important and strong she looked, and the mountain of BEAUTIFUL clothes hanging on a nearby rack.

Bruna walked alongside the little girl, letting her see up close. Giovanna's excitement was palpable and very sweet, so her mother promised herself she would help her pursue that path if that was what she wanted. Giovanna watched the entire photo shoot, exclaiming with excitement at every new outfit.

-Mom, can I be a model?- she finally asked, once the experience was over. Bruna smiled.

-Of course you can. In fact, I just saw a dress that would look gorgeous on you. How about I buy it for you and we practice together?

Perhaps unknowingly, perhaps without fully realizing what had happened, Giovanna found her first great passion.
