quick update from my bunk.

Janessa here I know it’s been a minute since my last post, and I thought it was high time I check in with all of you and share a little about what life on the road has been like for us lately.

First off, can I just say how amazing it feels to be out there performing for you? There’s something magical about being on stage, under those bright lights, playing the songs that I love, alongside my incredible bandmates. We’ve been touring non-stop, hitting cities that feel like home and meeting so many of you along the way. It’s been chaotic.

Now, I’m sure you’ve seen our name pop up on charts and maybe some buzz about sold-out shows, but honestly? That stuff was never the goal for me when I joined Spellbound Research. Don’t get me wrong, I’m thrilled to celebrate our achievements, but at the end of the day, my heart lies in the music itself. What truly matters is not the accolades we accumulate, but the connections we make with you, the fans.

My primary love has always been sitting at that piano. There’s something intimate about creating melodies and lyrics that resonate with even just one person. If one song can touch your heart or inspire a smile on a tough day, to me, that's gold. I often sit back and think about how powerful music can be. It has this beautiful way of bridging gaps and touching lives, and that’s what I want to be known for.

So, while we might get caught up in the hustle and bustle of this rock n’ roll lifestyle, long drives, late-night shows, and the occasional missed meals, always remember that at the core of it all is our shared passion for creating something beautiful together. So, thank you for being part of our journey. Your support means everything to us, and I’m so grateful for every moment we get to spend together through our music.
