The Chief Justice controlling the court house is an elected official.

For the judges of the cityWorking as a Judge in Paris involves the willing to celebrate weddings to anyone who would like to get married in our court house. If you feel you cannot keep going on due to any kind of reason (touring, exploring, sleeping, etc…), feel free to resign or be ready to be fired in the worst case.
