Il nome del parco è l'unione dei nomi dello Stars e dell'On The Road Tour, adesso confluiti nel tour boh. Il parco nasce e si propone, insieme ad altri 3 parchi(Mosca, Antalya, Bucarest)di creare delle competizioni ad hoc per quelli che hanno fatto parte dei tour nominati in precedenza, ma ovviamente anche per rappresentare la buona economia Romana, nel mondo.
